Our story begins with a devoted mother and her son, both proud Latinos, who came together with a shared dream: to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others. That dream led to the opening of a behavioral health facility in the heart of Buckeye, Arizona.
With a deep and personal understanding of the challenges our community faces, we are devoted to offering care that is not only comprehensive but truly compassionate. We know that healing is not one-size-fits-all—it’s personal, it’s cultural, and it’s deeply human. That’s why our mission is to uplift and empower every individual through thoughtful, innovative therapies, supportive programs, and a warm, culturally sensitive approach.
At the heart of everything we do is a strong belief in the power of family and community. We are here to walk alongside you or your loved ones on the journey to emotional and mental well-being, offering a safe, welcoming space where healing and hope can flourish.
My name is Carlos Rocha. I was born and raised in the heart of Phoenix, Arizona. My family came from Mexico aspiring for greatness they took on as many opportunities for a better life as they could. My parents worked long hours to keep food on the table. Life was hard—but it taught me resilience, grit, and pride in my roots.
Growing up, I saw friends fall into gangs, drugs, and the school-to-prison pipeline. I faced discrimination from both the system and society—labeled before I ever had a chance to speak. But I refused to let that define me. I stayed focused, leaned on mentors, and worked twice as hard to break the cycle.
I became the first in my family to graduate college with a degree in Political Science. I joined law enforcement to be the change I wanted to see—to protect and serve with empathy, fairness, and cultural understanding.
Today, I serve as a Deputy Sheriff, participating in community outreach programs, and speaking to the youth about breaking barriers. I've received awards for community service, leadership, and public safety—but the real reward is helping someone believe in themselves, just like someone once believed in me. My journey is proof that adversity can build strength, and that no matter where you come from, you can rise—and lift others with you.
I hope to continue changing lives in a different manner and approach. Helping and understanding those with mental health illnesses is my current passion. On a path to bring those closer to God and teach them about themselves.
My name is Gladys Molina, and I am the proud daughter of Mexican immigrants who came to this country seeking opportunity and stability. I was born and raised in Compton, California, where poverty, adversity, and systemic oppression were daily realities. Despite the challenges, I was surrounded by love, resilience, and unwavering faith.
My parents worked tirelessly—my father in landscaping and my mother as a fabric worker—to provide for our family. Their example instilled in me a deep commitment to service and humility. From a young age, I became active in our local church, volunteering in youth programs, food drives, and community outreach efforts. The church became not only a place of worship but a foundation for leadership, compassion, and purpose.
Throughout my life, I’ve remained dedicated to uplifting underserved communities, especially those who, like my family, have faced economic hardship and marginalization. I’ve organized local initiatives, mentored youth, and collaborated with nonprofits to address the needs of immigrant and low-income families.
Though the work is not always visible, I believe that true impact lies in quiet consistency. I don’t seek recognition—only the opportunity to be of service. My journey is rooted in gratitude, shaped by struggle, and driven by a lifelong passion to give back to the community that raised me.
